Don Feight – Chief Mentor/Scientist of the Digital Media Center and Research Lab

Don and PaulaDon has worked at Lockheed Martin for over thirty-six years as a graphic artist and skillfully has designed the artwork which graces many of their beautiful lobbies and facilities throughout the USA.  Airplanes have been a lifelong passion from his early years living on Air Force bases, model building, and drawing airplanes, through the eventual building and flying of a homebuilt Glasair RG aircraft later as an adult. As with all his projects, his wife Paula is an integral part of the team. Don is the creator and visionary of the STEM Ventures Digital Media Center together with Barry Brannberg, the Founder of the STEM School and Academy and President/CEO of STEM Ventures.  It is the intent of both men, that students from throughout the South Metro Area will put their entrepreneurial design and art skills to work at the STEM Ventures Digital Media Center. Digital Media Center Lab Description

The new lab would consist of computers and equipment necessary to produce proposals, technical papers, brochures, flyers, posters, signs, exhibits, photography, web sites and much more. This lab would provide support for all Douglas County School District Schools and possibly could sell its services to outside entities. STEM Ventures will offer classes in the various disciplines – photography and Photoshop, graphic arts and design, desktop publishing, vinyl sign-making,  to name a few.
